(Macau, 21 September 2011) – Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. ("SJM") is proud to be the largest partner of the 58th Macau Grand Prix.  In addition to being the sole official sponsor of this year's Macau Grand Prix, SJM is also the title sponsor of two world-class races - the Formula 3 Macau Grand Prix and the FIA World Touring Car Championship (FIA WTCC) - Guia Race of Macau.

The Macau Grand Prix is renowned as the most historic race meeting in Asia.  All through the years, SJM has been very supportive to this international sporting event which has its roots in Macau.  SJM is proud to be the official sponsor of the upcoming Macau Grand Prix, which will be held from 17 to 20 November.  Moreover, SJM is the title sponsor for two spectacular races - one of them is the Formula 3 Macau Grand Prix, which will be counted this year as both the FIA F3 Intercontinental Cup and the final rounds of the new FIA Formula 3 International Trophy.  This year also marks the 10th consecutive year of SJM's title sponsorship for the Guia Race of Macau, which celebrated its addition to the prestigious FIA championship round in 2005. 
 
As the only locally rooted casino gaming concessionaire in Macau, SJM adheres to the principle of "from society to society" and supports many activities for the benefit of the community including participation in and sponsorship for local sports events.  SJM is an ardent supporter of the Macau Grand Prix, which has helped enhance Macau's image globally and diversify the city's tourism offering.
