4 May 2024 – On the eve of Mother’s Day, SJM Resorts, S.A. organised a half-day parent-child arts and culture outing for close to 20 mothers and children from Centro de Serviços Integrados de Apoio à Família - Fonte de Alegria e de Energia, Caritas Macau. The event was designed to offer love and gratitude to the mothers, allowing them to relax and engage in arts and cultural activities, all while spending quality time with their children.

On 4 May, the event began with a parent-child workshop, where families crafted elegant string art with dried flowers at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. The workshop was not only therapeutically relaxing but also provided an opportunity for mothers and their children to spend quality time together, creating souvenirs filled with cherished memories.

The tour concluded with a delightful visit to the “Moomin Wonderful Encounter - Joyous Adventure” exhibition. Families participated in a series of interactive games and activities, took photos at the Moomin-themed photo booth and at the photo spots of the Moominvalley exhibition. The excitement reached its peak when the Moomin mascot made a special appearance, providing a memorable finale to the event.
