8 July 2026 - The “Baking with Love” Programme, co-organised by SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) and the Cheng Tou Centre of the Fuhong Society of Macau, held its second professional baking workshop of the year! A team of four young SJM pastry chefs visited the Centre to guide 13 trainees and staff members in making the classic Macanese dessert, the “Portuguese Orange Roll”, using their culinary craftsmanship to share warmth with the community.

From breaking down each step to providing hands-on coaching, the chefs patiently guided the trainees through key baking techniques. The atmosphere was warm and encouraging as everyone actively participated. Trainees not only successfully baked their own delicious creations, but also built confidence while sharing their achievements—a true celebration of community inclusion.
