27 June 2025 – The “7th Macao Integrated Tourism and Leisure Enterprises Vocational Skills Competition 2025”, jointly organised by the Labour Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government and the Macao Federation of Trade Unions, was successfully held from 26 to 27 June. SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) has supported the event for the seventh consecutive year, organising 26 team members to participate in the competition. The team secured ten awards, achieving outstanding results.

SJM not only organised a team of outstanding competitors for the event, but also mobilised a strong support contingent with department heads and team members forming a cheer squad at the venue. This year, the SJM team achieved remarkable success once again, securing multiple awards. In the “Gaming and Entertainment Professional Skills Competition”, SJM gained the Team Championship in the “Counting” category and the Gold Award in the “Game Rules” category, as well as the Special Gold Award in the “Service” category. In the “Hotel Comprehensive Services Professional Skills Competition”, SJM achieved Gold Awards for “Room Facilities Maintenance” and “Housekeeping”, along with the “Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Award”. During the “Gastronomy Professional Skills Competition”, SJM excelled by winning the Gold Award in “Western Culinary Services”. This demonstrated SJM’s exceptional achievements in talent development.
