11 February 2025 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) collaborated with the Macau Youth Development Service Centre to organise the “SJM Career Experience Day” for high school students from Mainland China and Macau. The activity aimed to provide a platform for these students to learn about the integrated leisure industry in Macau and explore potential career and internship opportunities. The event attracted 40 students from both regions.

During the event, SJM team members introduced the various career areas within the company, its corporate culture, and internship details. This included information about hotel services, marketing promotions, as well as other job scopes.

After the presentations, the students participated in a tour of the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort, allowing them to experience the workplace firsthand. The event concluded with on-site interviews, where SJM team members received resumes from the participants and interacted with them to understand their backgrounds and career aspirations. The students responded enthusiastically and showed a strong interest in career opportunities with SJM.

SJM aims to offer various development opportunities for youth in Macau. This event fulfilled its social responsibility by promoting career development for young people.
