Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. (“SJM”) supported Escola Caritas de Macau’s annual Lunar New Year activity by donating around 300 boxes of festive cookies to its students.

As the Lunar New Year Fair at Tap Seac Square was cancelled this year given the pandemic, Escola Caritas organised a mini fun fair for its students in the school premises on 5 February 2021. Through a series of festive activities such as singing and dancing performances, making Tangyuan and writing Hui Chun, the young students came to learn more about Chinese traditions and culture. The whole school was lit up by all sorts of Chinese New Year decorations. Dressed in festive costumes, the students were joined by their teachers in a happy gathering to welcome the Year of the Ox.
