The SJM Staff Welfare Consultative Committee co-organised with Associação de Juventude Voluntária de Macau and Macao Gaming Industry Employees Home in September and October 2020 in running two workshops for parents and their young children, including workshops for making mooncakes and Lego interest classes. The two workshops attracted over 60 staff members and their children to join.

Through different workshops, the organisers aimed to strengthen communication between staff members and their children and to allow young kids to acquire knowledge out of their school curriculum to unleash their potential and creativity.

Looking into the future, the SJM Staff Welfare Consultative Committee will continue to explore into organising more activities of different varieties to help strengthen the bonding between parents and children.
