SJM has been offering diverse employment opportunities to the community, stimulating the development of Macau’s homegrown talents.

In 2019 the SJM Talent Acquisition Team reached out for new recruits via multiple channels. The department consistently supported job fairs hosted by local schools and non-profit organisations, such as the Macao Federation of Trade Unions, Macau Gaming Industry Labourers Association and Community Centre of Iao Hon of Macao Residents' Association. Our recruitment specialists were there to interact with participants and inform them about SJM’s job openings, history and corporate culture.
