The SJM Volunteer Team organised a series of visits before the Mid-Autumn Festival to share love and cheers with the needy in society.

Around 40 members of the SJM Volunteer Team and their children joined the home visits at the Sac Pai Van housing estates in Macau on 22 September 2018, sending festive gifts, blessings and warmth to the singleton elderly users of tele-assistance devices “Peng On Tung”.

The SJM Volunteer Team also visited Macau Special Olympics on 11 September to interact with 70 families, and presented them with mooncakes for celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

In addition, the SJM Volunteer Team and volunteers from Casino L'Arc Macau joined the Mid-Autumn Festival home visits organised by Macau Social Services Centre and sponsored by the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau of the Macau SAR Government from 5 to 20 September. The volunteers brought mooncakes and food hampers to around 100 underprivileged households, including the singleton elderly and the disabled.
