15 November 2024 – Organised by the Blood Donation Centre, the “Celebrations of the 75th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China, the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of Macao SAR, and the Annual Blood Donation Award Ceremony 2024” was successfully held on 15 November at the Assembly Hall of the Macau Tower Convention and Entertainment Center.

During the award presentation ceremony, the Macao SAR Government presented the No. 2 Blood Donar (Group) Award to SJM to appreciate its active participation in blood donation activities in 2023. Ms. Angela Leong, Director of SJM and Chairman of the SJM Staff Welfare Consultative Committee, attended the ceremony.

SJM organised three sessions of “Give Blood, Give Love” events in 2023, with nearly 200 staff members registering to participate. Additionally, SJM has concluded five sessions of blood donation activities this year.

SJM is committed to supporting and caring for the community through practical actions and fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. In the future, it will continue to encourage team members to participate in the events alongside their families, friends, and the public to help safeguard the blood reserve in Macau.
