10 June 2024 – The "2024 SJM Macao International Dragon Boat Races," organised in partnership with the Sports Bureau of the Macao SAR Government, SJM Resorts, S.A. ("SJM"), and the Dragon Boat Association of Macao, China, concluded successfully from 8 to 10 June. SJM not only served as the title sponsor but also fielded seven dragon boat teams, securing multiple wins including first and second runners-up and the Best Drummer award. The company also made it to the final six in the competition. This event highlighted SJM's dedication to preserving and promoting dragon boating.

During the race season, SJM hosted a large carnival at Anim’Arte Nam Van to provide a platform for local SMEs, community societies, and schools to connect with both locals and tourists. The carnival featured thirty booths with local cultural and creative products, dragon boat cultural items, parent-child interactive games, and products designed and manufactured by vulnerable groups, all of which were warmly received. Additionally, the event supported the growth of local SMEs and provided performance opportunities for local talents through magic shows, dance parades, and other diverse activities.
