8 June 2024 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) sincerely cares about individuals from all walks of life in Macau and frequently organises a variety of engaging parent-child events for the local community. In honour of Father’s Day and to help forge more harmonious and happy family relationships, SJM invited close to 20 service users, their family members and caregivers from the Richmond Fellowship of Macau to participate in a special “Father’s Day Aromatherapy Diffuser Ornament Workshop” at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau on 8 June 2024. The interactive workshop gave families a wonderful opportunity to closely bond with one another while creating arts and crafts. They also enjoyed a very happy and fulfilling family experience together at the “Moomin Wonderful Encounter - Joyous Adventure in Macau” exhibition.

During the workshop, professional instructors taught participants how to create aromatherapy diffuser ornaments. After completing their uniquely designed creative works of art, participants gave them away as meaningful gifts to their family members and caregivers as a true sign of respect on Father’s Day. This opportunity to work closely together not only encouraged better communication and interaction between participants, but also inspired creativity and instilled confidence. The heart-warming event was full of joy and laughter.

Following on from the workshop, participants visited the whimsical world of “Moomin Wonderful Encounter - Joyous Adventure in Macau” exhibition, where they played a series of interactive and experiential themed games. They also enjoyed creating work of arts, and posing for photos in front of classic scenes of Moominvalley. It was a fun-filled time in Moominverse for both children and adults!
