17 May 2024 – Jointly organised by Macao Gaming Industry Employees Home and the Sports Committee of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions, 2024 sports series for gaming employees: Gaming Employees’ Badminton Contest concluded successfully on 17 May.

The contest was held in May at Hall A of Workers Stadium. SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) sent 20 team members to participate in group contests, as well as Men’s Single and Women’s Single contests. The finals were held on the evening of 17 May. SJM Badminton team members were awarded the Champion, second runner-up, and third runner-up in the Women’s singles contest. The contest was successfully concluded, after an award ceremony held the same evening.

Through participating in the contest, SJM aimed to provide a platform for peer-to-peer exchange through friendly sports, enrich their leisure lives, improve physical fitness, relieve work pressure, foster a harmonious labour relation and promote occupational health within the gaming industry.
