1 May 2024 - SJM Resorts, S.A. ("SJM") hosted young athletes from the University of Macau's Tennis and Martial Arts Teams for exclusive tours of the "Martial Arts Arena" and "AI Wonderland" at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau on 27 April and 1 May respectively. Through visiting the "Introduction to Macau Martial Arts" exhibition at the "Martial Art Arena", students gained a deeper understanding of the history and achievements of martial arts in Macau, and immersed themselves in the traditional art form through advanced technologies and virtual reality. At the "AI Wonderland", they further engaged with AI technologies through educational workshops and interactive games, sparking a keen interest in scientific research and AI development.

SJM is committed to nurturing young athletic talent in Macau. In partnership with the University of Macau, SJM has initiated the "SJM Sports Team Development Scholarship" to support the university's Tennis and Martial Arts Teams. Furthermore, SJM collaborates with the UM Office of Sports Affairs to provide complimentary sports experiences, including the "Tennis Experience Camp" and the "Wushu Experience Camp", aiming to inspire more young people to participate in sports.
