24 March 2024 – Jointly held by the Sports Bureau of the Macau SAR Government and the Women’s General Association of Macau, the Macao Women’s Sports Carnival 2024 was successfully held on 24 March at the Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion. The activities aimed to promote women’s participation in public sports activities and raise community awareness of their physical and mental health.

The recreational and sporting activities were held in a team competition format. SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) sent two teams to participate in the activities. The SJM teams demonstrated team spirit throughout the competitions, showcasing the strong and resolute side of females.

SJM encourages women to actively participate in sports activities to share the joy of sports and cultivate healthy exercise habits. This aims to raise the community’s awareness towards the physical and mental health of women and jointly promote the development of mass sports.
