9 April, 2024 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) remains steadfast in its dedication to addressing the needs of the seniors in community, consistently organising initiatives that honour the tradition of respecting and appreciating elderly. On 9 April, SJM invited close to 20 seniors from Caritas Macau’s Asilo de Betânia to the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (“Grand Lisboa Palace”) for a special journey through arts and culinary delights as part of its ongoing effort to enrich the lives of the seniors.

The event’s highlight was a guided tour through Grand Lisboa Palace’s extensive array of entertainment and leisure offerings, including the tranquil Jardim Secreto, the captivating artworks in the hotel lobby, and the distinctively themed hotel rooms, all widely acclaimed by locals and tourists alike. SJM also arranged for the elders to enjoy an exquisite afternoon tea at “Eight Treasures” accompanied by SJM team members, creating unforgettable and joyous memories for these special guests.

A participating elder shared their appreciation, stating, “We extend our heartfelt thanks to SJM for providing us with this opportunity to explore the Grand Lisboa Palace. With SJM team members’ kind and caring hospitality, we have had a pleasant afternoon exploring the hotel and enjoying the delicacies.”
