A representative of the graduating students expressed gratitude for the support from SJM and various supporting units, providing them with a high-quality platform to learn new skills and broaden their professional horizons. In their new positions, they will apply what they have learned to contribute to the company’s diversified and sustainable development, and to the promotion of Macau as a “World Centre of Tourism and Leisure.”

The program was jointly planned by SJM and DSAL, with course content tailored and formulated according to the actual needs of the profession and enterprise, covering knowledge, skills, safety, and professionalism, aiming to provide diversified training to improve the overall quality of gaming employees.
SJM actively supports the Macau SAR government’s “Building a Talented Macau” initiative, training over 13,000 individuals annually. In 2023 alone, over 2,700 new employees received relevant vocational skills training, with a cumulative training time of approximately 100,000 hours.
