4 January 2024 – SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) actively organises company teams to participate in tournaments hosted by various societies, aiming to enrich their leisure activities and explore their talents. To celebrate the encouraging results achieved by the SJM teams in tournaments held by the Macau SAR Government and various entites in the second half of 2023, the SJM Staff Welfare Consultative Committee (“SWCC”) held the “SJM team External Tournaments Result Presentation Party” on the night of 4 January at Jai Alai Buffet. Over 230participants, including company management, participating team members, related organising committees and working staff, attended the event.

During the party, Ms. Daisy Ho, Managing Director of SJM, and Ms. Angela Leong, Director of SJM and Chairman of SJM SWCC presented certificates to the competing teams to recognise their efforts. They thanked team members for demonstrating high spirits and teamwork during the tournaments. They encouraged team members to continue to improve themselves, cultivate the “Love the country, Love Macau” spirit, and join hands with the company and Macau for a better future with stronger dedication.

SJM teams have participated in 25 tournaments in the past six months, covering areas such as national education, charity, culture, sports, music and comprehensive competition. The teams emerged on top in several of these tournaments. In the future, SJM will continue to encourage team members to learn from each other and make progress together, joining hands with the company to promote positive social values.
