7 December 2023 - Jointly organised by the Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions, Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions, and Macau Federation of Trade Unions, the 2023 Badminton Invitational Tournament for employees from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau was held on 6 to 7 December at the Guangzhou Gymnasium. The tournament attracted 16 teams of employee from the three regions, with SJM also fielding a team.

Through this invitational tournament, SJM hopes to encourage the adoption of the national strategy for all-rounded fitness among team members, while also providing a platform for workers from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau to learn, exchange and serve. This initiative aims to enrich the cultural and sports life of team members in the Greater Bay area, igniting their enthusiasm for life and passion for their careers.
