30 November 2023 – Upholding the spirit of “Love the Motherland, Love Macau”, SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) actively nurtures its team members and their children to deepen the understanding of the nation. This initiative aims to enhance the sense of national identity and promote patriotism. The Staff Welfare Consultative Committee of SJM (“SWCC”) has organised a series of staff visits to the Greater Bay Area cities since July 2023, receiving an overwhelming response from the employees.

Following the tours in July and August, SWCC continued to organise another tour for its team members and families to Foshan City on 30 November. The tour included patriotic-themed lectures, visits to Baini Food Museum, Dragon Boat Museum and other patriotic enterprises. The main objective was to deepen the participants’ understanding of the development of the Greater Bay Area cities and enhance their sense of mission and responsibility towards the nation, Macau and the company. The tour aimed to solidify their patriotic awareness, and motivate them to actively contribute to the development of the Motherland and Macau.
