5 December 2023 - SJM Resorts, S.A. (SJM), in its ongoing commitment to advancing Macau’s sports sector, is proudly title sponsoring the “2023 CTA Tour SJM Professional Finals (Macau) and National Tennis Championships” for the third time.

Hosted during this significant national tennis event, SJM partnered with the internationally acclaimed tennis athlete and Special Olympics Global Ambassador, Ms. Li Na, and the participating athletes, Mr. Li Zhe and Ms. Guo Hanyu, to conduct a tennis interaction camp for the members of the Macau Special Olympics (“MSO”).

The event was held on 5 December 2023 at the Macau Tennis Academy and saw the attendance of guests of honour including Mr. Luís Gomes, Vice President of Sports Bureau of Macau SAR Government; Mr. Wei Shengfan, Chairman of the Beijing CTA Tour Sport Management Co., Ltd; Ms. Angela Leong, Director and Chairman of the Staff Welfare Consultative Committee of SJM; Mr. Hardy Wong, Treasurer of MSO; Mr. Hetzer Siu, National Director of MSO; and Ms. Ng Ioc Leng, President of Macau Tennis Association.

The event featured Ms. Li Na, Mr. Li Zhe, and Ms. Guo Hanyu sharing their personal journeys and achievements as professional athletes. They energetically led warm-up exercises for the Macau Special Olympics members, while attendees enthusiastically engaged in various interactive games, immersing themselves in the fun and spirit of tennis.
