Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. showed its full support for the Parade for Celebration of the Year of the Dog, a highlight of the Chinese New Year celebrations organised by the Macao Government Tourism Office. SJM’s festive float features the theme of "Eight Michelin Stars - Endless Culinary Delights in the New Year", in celebration of the designation of Macau as a Creative City of Gastronomy. Grand Lisboa is the only hotel in the world with seven Michelin stars: The Eight and Robuchon au Dôme have been awarded top three-star ratings from Michelin, whilst The Kitchen at Grand Lisboa has been awarded one star. Tim’s Kitchen at Hotel Lisboa has also been awarded one Michelin star. The eight shining stars symbolized happiness and good fortune in the Year of the Dog.
