As tennis fever hit town with the “2022 CTA Tour SJM Professional Finals (Macao) and National Tennis Championships”, SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) joined forces with the tour organizer to host the “Dialogues with Outstanding Athletes” sharing session at Grand Lisboa Hotel on 11 December 2022. Chinese National diving athlete and former Olympic champion Mr. Tian Liang and his daughter, rising tennis star Ms. Cindy Tian, renowned tennis player Ms. Han Xinyun, and Macau tennis team member Mr. Marco Leung, Vice President of Sports Bureau of Macau SAR Government Mr. Lau Cho Un, Beijing China Open Tour Sport Management Co. Ltd. General Manager Mr. Peng Lingchang, Secretary-General of SJM Dr. Rui Cunha, and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of SJM Mr. Daniel Shim, graced the event with their presence.

The sport celebrities captivated the attention of over 200 students attending from various secondary schools and universities with their career stories. From their experience in professional training to competing in international arenas, the exchange brought a deeper understanding of various sports to the young audience, inspired their interest in the different games, encouraged them to constantly push their boundaries, and deepened their knowledge in sports-related industries to promote Macau’s sports development.
