SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) donated MOP 600,000 in support of the Macau Community Chest “Walk for a Million” on 7 December 2022., and will organize enthusiastic staff members to participate in the “virtual walk” which is to take place on 11 December 2022.

A cheque presentation was held today at the Peach Blossom function room of Grand Lisboa. Directors of SJM Ms. Angela Leong and Dr. Ambrose So presented the donation to the Charity Fund from the Readers of Macao Daily, and was received by Chairman Ms. Ho Teng Iat, Vice-Chairmen Mr. Lok Po and Mr. António José de Freitas, Director Vong Kok Seng, and Executive Vice President - Board of Director Mr. Ho Weng Cheong.

Ms. Daisy Ho, Managing Director of SJM, expressed, “The ‘Walk for a Million’ is an important annual fundraiser that we have supported over the years. SJM will continue to give to the good cause and encourage our employees to participate, giving back to the underprivileged through meaningful and practical gestures.”
