On the festive occasion of the Mid-Autumn, SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) invited senior citizens who live alone to tour the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (“Grand Lisboa Palace”) on 9 September 2022 as part of its comprehensive social community program and promoted the traditional Chinese virtue of filial piety and respect for the elderly.

Participants arrived in the afternoon at Grand Lisboa Palace, when they were taken on a guided tour of the remarkable array of facilities on offer in the resort. These include an impressive collection of art pieces conceived by local masters in the East and West wings of the hotel lobbies, well appointed guest rooms and suites, as well as the Mid-Autumn highlight event featuring lantern installations at Jardim Secreto. The elderlies marveled at the creative lanterns that embodied traditional craftsmanship with contemporary designs, and enthusiastically snapped pictures at the garden. To conclude the tour, SJM offered signature mooncakes to all participants as a small gesture of well wishes in celebration of the festive holidays.
