Integrated Tourism and Leisure Enterprises Vocational Skills Competition 2022 held on 8 June 2022 with impeccable teamwork and professionalism. SJM put together a team of 23 members for this exciting event as co-organised by the Macao Labour Affairs Bureau and Macao Federation of Trade Unions. The team competed in three categories including gaming and entertainment, hotel services, and gastronomy. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge and skills, as well as engage with peers in friendly matches.

SJM team applied their expertise and finesse in the races and put up outstanding performance, snatching Number 1 in Counting - Individual, and Third in Counting - Group, Best Entrée in Western Culinary, and Special Gold Award in  two categories, namely Game Rules & Customer Service and Facility Maintenance. Other team-based accolades include Gold Award in F&B Services and F&B Delicacies, as well as Silver Award in Room Makeup and Design.

Participants expressed their appreciation towards the company’s supportive culture and took pride in its tradition of service excellence. The team looked forward to bringing innovation and new vibrancy to the cultural and gastronomic experiences in Macau in promotion of its tourism development.
