SJM Resorts, S.A. (“SJM”) is introducing the “SJM Vaccination Encouragement Programme” from now until 30 April 2022. This new programme is designed to encourage employees to accompany the elderly and children to receive their Covid vaccinations as soon as possible; boost vaccination rates in Macau and proactively move forward with the Macau SAR Government’s pandemic prevention and control measures.

Since the parents and children of employees will need to take their vaccines on different dates, the “SJM Vaccination Encouragement Programme” gives employees the flexibility to get vaccinated at a time best for them to accompany and look after the elderly and children when they receive their vaccines. Throughout this programme, employees who successfully register their elderly parents (aged 70 years and above) or children (under the age of 18), may apply for one extra day of paid leave. SJM will continue to strictly implement pandemic prevention measures to safeguard the health and well-being of employees, fulfill the Company’s social responsibility and fully support the Macau SAR Government’s goal to achieve herd immunity.
